Ingredients

The following ingredients have 10 Servings
  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 16 ounce Refried beans
  • 1/4 cup Taco sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 10 Flour tortillas heated
  • 1 cup Cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Enchillada sauce

Instruction

  • 1. In large skillet, combine ground beef and onion; cook over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until beef is thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain. 2. Stir in beans, taco sauce, chili powder, salt, pepper, and cheese; mix well. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes. 3. Spoon about 1/4 cup beef mixture onto center of each tortilla. Roll-up each burrito. Top each with some Enchillada sauce.
