Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 300g beans
- 2 tbsp black sesame seed powder
- 3 tsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp Yamasa soy sauce
- pinch of salt
- toasted sesame seeds, to garnish
Instruction
- Blanch beans in boiling water for around 90 seconds. Drain then rinse with running cold water until there’s no more steam coming out from the vegetables. Set it aside.
- In a bowl combine black sesame seed powder, brown sugar and soy sauce then add this mixture to the beans.
- Serve garnished with toasted sesame seeds.
