Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 300g beans
  • 2 tbsp black sesame seed powder
  • 3 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp Yamasa soy sauce
  • pinch of salt
  • toasted sesame seeds, to garnish

Instruction

  • Blanch beans in boiling water for around 90 seconds. Drain then rinse with running cold water until there’s no more steam coming out from the vegetables. Set it aside.
  • In a bowl combine black sesame seed powder, brown sugar and soy sauce then add this mixture to the beans.
  • Serve garnished with toasted sesame seeds.
