- 1 1/2 ounces (about 1/3 cup) New Mexico red chile powder
- 3 tablespoons ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 3/4 cup Frank’s RedHot sauce
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- A few dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons New Mexico red chile powder
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar or honey
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fine sea salt
