Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1.5 lbs Boneless Center Cut Pork Loin Chops {approx. 4 chops}
  • 18 oz. Sweet Baby Ray’s Barbecue Sauce {1 bottle}
  • 1 oz. Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Mix {1 packet} or 3 Tbsp Buttermilk Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 14.5 oz. Swanson Chicken Broth {1 can}

Instruction

  • Pour can of Chicken Broth into bottom of Crock Pot
  • Place Pork Chops in Crock Pot, and cook on LOW for 3 1/2 hours, covered.
  • After 3 1/2 hours on LOW, drain juices from Crock Pot
  • Mix together Barbecue Sauce and Ranch Packet in medium bowl.
  • Pour mixture of Pork Chops, and cook on LOW for 30 more minutes, or until done. Enjoy!!
