Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 Cups Pulled Pork
  • 1 Cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1 1/2 Cups Coleslaw Mix
  • 2 Tbsp Dried Parsley Flakes (chopped)
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp Ranch Dressing
  • 1/8 Tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/8 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 12 Hawaiian Buns (split)

Instruction

  • Cut buns horizontally (do not pull apart buns) to create a top and bottom. Set aside.
  • In a small saucepan, combine the pork and the BBQ sauce. Bring to a simmer. Keep warm.
  • In a bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, parsley and ranch dressing. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Divide the pork mixture and coleslaw over the slider bottoms. Cover with the bun tops.
