Ingredients
The following ingredients have 16 Servings
- 2 1/2 pound(s) pork shoulder butt
- 1 cup(s) chicken broth
- 1 bottle(s) favorite bbq sauce i used sweet baby rays
- 3 can(s) grands biscuits
- 2 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese
Instruction
- Place the pork and chicken broth in a slow cooker and cook on high 4 to 6 hours until pork can be shredded. Shred the pork and add the BBQ sauce.
- Preheat oven 350 degrees. Spray two 12 cup muffin tins. Press one Grands biscuit down and up the sides in each muffin cup.
- Top each with pulled pork and top with cheese. Bake for about 20 minutes
