Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 belgian waffles (either homemade with a waffle maker or frozen)
  • 2 cups pulled pork (either leftover or store bought)
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup 100 % pure maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsps bourbon
  • 2 Tbsps sriracha
  • Optional: chives for garnish

Instruction

  • Make the waffles according to package directions with a waffle maker, or toast the frozen belgian waffles.
  • Heat the pork and toss it with the BBQ sauce.
  • Put the syrup, bourbon, and sriracha in a bowl and whisk until combined.
  • To serve, top each waffle with the BBQ pulled pork and drizzle the bourbon syrup over top. Garnish with chives if desired.
