Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8-10 mini sweet red (yellow, and orange peppers, quartered length-wise)
- 1 small onion (cut into thin strips)
- 1 lb package frozen pre-cooked steak strips
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- fresh cracked black pepper (to taste)
- cooked brown rice
Instruction
- Cook peppers in onions in a large, deep skillet over medium high heat for 4-5 minutes.
- Add garlic and frozen steak strips. Cook steak and peppers 2-3 minutes or until steak is heated through and peppers are tender.
- Add soy sauce and BBQ sauce, stir to coat.
- Cook two minutes or until sauce is heated through.
- Serve over hot cooked brown rice.
