Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8-10 mini sweet red (yellow, and orange peppers, quartered length-wise)
  • 1 small onion (cut into thin strips)
  • 1 lb package frozen pre-cooked steak strips
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • fresh cracked black pepper (to taste)
  • cooked brown rice

Instruction

  • Cook peppers in onions in a large, deep skillet over medium high heat for 4-5 minutes.
  • Add garlic and frozen steak strips. Cook steak and peppers 2-3 minutes or until steak is heated through and peppers are tender.
  • Add soy sauce and BBQ sauce, stir to coat.
  • Cook two minutes or until sauce is heated through.
  • Serve over hot cooked brown rice.
