Ingredients

The following ingredients have 3 Servings
  • 8 ounces curly kale (1-2 bunches without stems)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 tablespoons macadamia nuts
  • 2 teaspoons Primal Palate Barbecue Rub

Instruction

  • Tear kale into 3-inch pieces, discarding stems
  • Place kale in a large bowl
  • Massage oil into kale
  • In a food processor, briefly pulse yeast, macadamia nuts, and seasoning to texture of gravel
  • Massage seasoning into kale
  • Spread kale onto 2 baking sheets
  • Bake at 300°F for 25-30 minutes until crispy
  • Cool
  • Serve
