The following ingredients have 3 Servings
- 8 ounces curly kale (1-2 bunches without stems)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ¼ cup nutritional yeast
- 2 tablespoons macadamia nuts
- 2 teaspoons Primal Palate Barbecue Rub
Instruction
- Tear kale into 3-inch pieces, discarding stems
- Place kale in a large bowl
- Massage oil into kale
- In a food processor, briefly pulse yeast, macadamia nuts, and seasoning to texture of gravel
- Massage seasoning into kale
- Spread kale onto 2 baking sheets
- Bake at 300°F for 25-30 minutes until crispy
- Cool
- Serve
