Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 pounds country style ribs
- salt and black pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup beer
- Hoagie rolls
- Additional BBQ sauce
Instruction
- Brown ribs in a skillet in oil.
- Place in the crockpot with the beer and barbecue sauce.
- Cover and cook for 4-6 hours on high.
- Remove ribs and any bones.
- Discard cooking liquids and add ribs back to the crock with bbq sauce and heat on high until warmed through.
- Serve pork on the rolls.
