Ingredients
The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 2 cups iceberg (shredded, romaine or any green lettuce)
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper (diced)
- 1/2 cup Italian zucchini (diced)
- 1/4 cup black beans (no salt added)
- 1 cup Crockpot BBQ Chicken
- 2 tbsp homemade BBQ sauce (I like Annie's for a store bought version)
Instruction
- Make the BBQ Chicken in a slow cooker or Instant Pot.
- Assemble the BBQ Chicken Taco Bowls by adding lettuce to a large bowl.
- Top lettuce with bell pepper, black beans, Italian zucchini and crockpot BBQ chicken. Add BBQ dressing on top and devour!
