- 1/4 cup red onions (chopped or sliced thinly)
- 1 cup canned black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1/2 cup Monterrey Jack cheese (shredded)
- 1 avocado (peeled and cut into small chunks)
- 1 tablespoon cilantro (finely chopped)
