Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 round flatbread or pitas
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup bbq sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup chicken (cooked and sliced)
- 1/4 red onion (sliced)
- Cilantro or green onions
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with foil for easy clean up and set aside.
- Place the flatbread onto the foil lined tray.
- Spread a thin layer of sauce up to the edge, leaving a 1/2 inch gap.
- Sprinkle cheese evenly over the top of the pizza.
- Use 2 tablespoons of the sauce to toss the cooked chicken. Add to the top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle red onion slices and cilantro or green onion.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and your pizza is heated through.
