Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 round flatbread or pitas
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup bbq sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup chicken (cooked and sliced)
  • 1/4 red onion (sliced)
  • Cilantro or green onions

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with foil for easy clean up and set aside.
  • Place the flatbread onto the foil lined tray.
  • Spread a thin layer of sauce up to the edge, leaving a 1/2 inch gap.
  • Sprinkle cheese evenly over the top of the pizza.
  • Use 2 tablespoons of the sauce to toss the cooked chicken. Add to the top of the cheese.
  • Sprinkle red onion slices and cilantro or green onion.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and your pizza is heated through.
