Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 to 3 chicken breasts (boneless & skinless, cut into 1-inch pieces)
- 8 bacon slices (cut into pieces)
- 1/2 tbsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 cup homemade BBQ sauce
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Wood or metal skewers
Instruction
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine the paprika, garlic, and onion powder, then season to taste.
- Thread the chicken pieces and bacon, alternating, onto skewers, folding the bacon pieces in two.
- Season the skewers with the spice mixture.
- Place the skewers on the preheated grill and grill for 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until nearly cooked through.
- Brush the skewers with the BBQ sauce generously, and continue cooking for 1 to 2 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
- Adjust the seasoning and serve with extra BBQ sauce.
