Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 to 3 chicken breasts (boneless & skinless, cut into 1-inch pieces)
  • 8 bacon slices (cut into pieces)
  • 1/2 tbsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 cup homemade BBQ sauce
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Wood or metal skewers

Instruction

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a bowl, combine the paprika, garlic, and onion powder, then season to taste.
  • Thread the chicken pieces and bacon, alternating, onto skewers, folding the bacon pieces in two.
  • Season the skewers with the spice mixture.
  • Place the skewers on the preheated grill and grill for 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until nearly cooked through.
  • Brush the skewers with the BBQ sauce generously, and continue cooking for 1 to 2 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
  • Adjust the seasoning and serve with extra BBQ sauce.
