Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 skinless sand shark (dogfish) fillets
- 2 tablespoons sunflower or peanut oil
- 2 teaspoons Penzeys Bavarian Seasoning
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- 1 Lemon, cut into wedges, for serving
- 3-4 sprigs dill, for serving
Instruction
- Preheat outdoor grill to medium heat.
- Place fillets in a large, shallow dish. Drizzle on oil and add Bavarian seasoning, salt and pepper. Rub this mixture all over both sides of the fish fillets.
- Grill fish on preheated grill (use the upper rack if you have it) until the meat cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges and dill sprigs.
