Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 skinless sand shark (dogfish) fillets
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower or peanut oil
  • 2 teaspoons Penzeys Bavarian Seasoning
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 Lemon, cut into wedges, for serving
  • 3-4 sprigs dill, for serving

Instruction

  • Preheat outdoor grill to medium heat.
  • Place fillets in a large, shallow dish. Drizzle on oil and add Bavarian seasoning, salt and pepper. Rub this mixture all over both sides of the fish fillets.
  • Grill fish on preheated grill (use the upper rack if you have it) until the meat cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges and dill sprigs.
