Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 2 cup(s) frozen cubed hash brown potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon(s) oil
  • 1/4 cup(s) chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup(s) chopped bell pepper (any color)
  • 10 - little smokies sausages (or any other sausage you'd like)
  • 4 - eggs

Instruction

  • Fry hash browns in oil in a large skillet until they start to get soft.
  • Add onion, bell pepper and cook a while longer until potatoes begin to brown.
  • Slice the little smokies into small pieces and add to the skillet. When potatoes are browned, crack the eggs into the skillet. Stir mixture until eggs are cooked.
