The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 2 cup(s) frozen cubed hash brown potatoes
- 2 tablespoon(s) oil
- 1/4 cup(s) chopped onion
- 1/4 cup(s) chopped bell pepper (any color)
- 10 - little smokies sausages (or any other sausage you'd like)
- 4 - eggs
Instruction
- Fry hash browns in oil in a large skillet until they start to get soft.
- Add onion, bell pepper and cook a while longer until potatoes begin to brown.
- Slice the little smokies into small pieces and add to the skillet. When potatoes are browned, crack the eggs into the skillet. Stir mixture until eggs are cooked.
