Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 10.5 oz can beef consomme
- 10.75 oz can french onion soup
- 4 oz can sliced mushrooms
- 1 1/3 cup basmati rice
- 1/2 cup butter, melted ((1 stick))
- 2 - 4 Tablespoons of freshly grated parmesan cheese
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Place the stick of butter in a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish and put in the oven to melt.
- Once the butter is melted, combine the beef consomme, french onion soup, sliced mushrooms and basmati rice in the casserole dish.
- Cover and bake for one hour.
- Fluff lightly with a fork and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
