Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups fresh basil leaves (packed)
  • 2 large cloves garlic (smashed)
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • .33 cup pine nuts
  • 0.5 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • sea salt & fresh ground pepper

Instruction

  • Place basil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and pine nuts in the bowl of a food processor.
  • Pulse until mixture is finely chopped.
  • With the machine running, gradually add the olive oil until incorporated.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
