Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 Bottle Voveti Prosecco
  • 1 c frozen peaches (defrosted)
  • 4 slices peach (whole)
  • 3 tbsp agave
  • 5 sprigs basil
  • basil blossoms for garish (optional)

Instruction

  • In a small food processor puree one cup of the peaches together with the agave until you have a smooth puree.
  • Divide the peach slices between 4 champagne glasses. Fill quarter of the way up with the peach puree.
  • Add 2 leaves of basil in each glass making sure to gently crush them in your hand first to release its fragrance.
  • Pour the Voveti Prosecco over the top and serve promptly garnished with extra basil leaves and blossoms if available. Enjoy !
