Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 Bottle Voveti Prosecco
- 1 c frozen peaches (defrosted)
- 4 slices peach (whole)
- 3 tbsp agave
- 5 sprigs basil
- basil blossoms for garish (optional)
Instruction
- In a small food processor puree one cup of the peaches together with the agave until you have a smooth puree.
- Divide the peach slices between 4 champagne glasses. Fill quarter of the way up with the peach puree.
- Add 2 leaves of basil in each glass making sure to gently crush them in your hand first to release its fragrance.
- Pour the Voveti Prosecco over the top and serve promptly garnished with extra basil leaves and blossoms if available. Enjoy !
