Ingredients
The following ingredients have 16 Servings
- 1 1/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk ((I use plant-based milks like unsweetened and original almond milk))
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon peel (grated)
- 2 tablespoons honey ((or agave or maple syrup))
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil
Instruction
- In a high powered blender, mix the yogurt, milk, lemon juice, lemon peel, honey and basil together until smooth, about 1 minute.
- Pour the mixture into 6 ice pops just slightly below the tops of the mold. Put 6 wooden popsicle sticks in the center and place the lid over the popsicle molds (if yours requires that- or according to your popsicle mold).
- Freeze 6-8 hours or until firm.
- To serve, let set about 5 minutes on the counter or run under warm water for 1 minute to easily remove the popsicles from the mold. Serve right away.
