Ingredients

The following ingredients have 10 Servings
  • 250g butter, softened
  • 2/3 cup caster sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 egg
  • 2 1/4 cups plain flour sifted

Instruction

  • Mix butter, sugar and vanilla in a bowl with electric mixer, until light and creamy.
  • Add egg and mix until combined.
  • Stir in 2 cups of flour for a soft dough, or 2¼ cups of flour for a firm dough.
  • Add flavourings and shape, as desired.
  • Bake at 180C for approximately 12-15 minutes.
