Ingredients
The following ingredients have 10 Servings
- 250g butter, softened
- 2/3 cup caster sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 egg
- 2 1/4 cups plain flour sifted
Instruction
- Mix butter, sugar and vanilla in a bowl with electric mixer, until light and creamy.
- Add egg and mix until combined.
- Stir in 2 cups of flour for a soft dough, or 2¼ cups of flour for a firm dough.
- Add flavourings and shape, as desired.
- Bake at 180C for approximately 12-15 minutes.
