Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water

Instruction

  • In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt.
  • Whisk in milk and water until it is the consistency that will coat the back of a spoon.
  • Dip your fish or chicken into the batter.
  • Fry in hot vegetable oil (190°C) until golden.
