The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
Instruction
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt.
- Whisk in milk and water until it is the consistency that will coat the back of a spoon.
- Dip your fish or chicken into the batter.
- Fry in hot vegetable oil (190°C) until golden.
