Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon dill
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish, drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon, minced

Instruction

  • Cream the cheese in an electric mixer until smooth. Mix in the sour cream, lemon juice, dill, horseradish, salt and pepper. Add the smoked salmon and mix well again. Chill and serve with crudites or crackers.
