Ingredients
The following ingredients have 7 Servings
- 1 can refrigerated pizza crust or homemade pizza crust
- 3/4 cup your favorite barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing (divided)
- 1 1/2 cup cooked (chopped chicken breast (or any leftovers from any part of the chicken))
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
- 1/2 small red onion (thinly sliced)
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instruction
- Heat oven to 400°F for dark or nonstick pan or 425°F for all other pans. Lightly grease a large 13-15" pizza dish.
- Unroll dough on pan, pressing out to the edges.
- Bake dough for about 5-8 minutes or until light brown, but not all the way cooked.
- While dough is cooking. Add barbecue sauce and 1/4 cup ranch dressing to a medium mixing bowl and stir to combine.
- Remove from crust oven, and spread barbecue sauce mixture evenly over crust.
- Top with chicken. Sprinkle with cheeses and red onion.
- Bake about 5-10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
- Sprinkle with parsley and drizzle with remaining ranch dressing.
- Cut into slices and serve.
