The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 soft taco shells
- 1 pound pulled pork (warmed)
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup coleslaw
- 3/4 cup cooked corn kernels
- 1 to 2 jalapeño pepper (thinly sliced)
Instruction
- Place 2 ounces pulled pork on each taco shell. Drizzle barbecue sauce on pork.
- Place 2 tablespoons coleslaw on top of pork. Sprinkle corn kernels and scatter jalapeño slices on top.
