Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 soft taco shells
  • 1 pound pulled pork (warmed)
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup coleslaw
  • 3/4 cup cooked corn kernels
  • 1 to 2 jalapeño pepper (thinly sliced)

Instruction

  • Place 2 ounces pulled pork on each taco shell. Drizzle barbecue sauce on pork.
  • Place 2 tablespoons coleslaw on top of pork. Sprinkle corn kernels and scatter jalapeño slices on top.
