The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- ½ tsp toasted sesame oil
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 8 oz coleslaw mix (sub shredded cabbage)
- 2 tbsp finely chopped cilantro leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ⅓ cup homemade mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- ½ tsp fish sauce
- 1-2 tbsp sriracha (1 for mild, 2 for spicy)
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Pinch of salt
- 8 wooden skewers
- 1 ½ lb jumbo shrimp (peeled and deveined with tail off)
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Instruction
- Prior to starting the recipe, soak your skewers in warm water for at least 10 minutes (this helps to prevent them from catching on fire).
