Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 cup mayo (or nonfat greek yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup sweet Thai chili sauce
  • 1 to 2 Tbsps Sriracha (more or less depending on spice preference)
  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 Tbsps soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp garlic paste or minced garlic
  • 4 kabob skewers (if using wooden skewers soak for several hours in water)

Instruction

  • Put the mayo (or nonfat greek yogurt), sweet Thai chili sauce, and Sriracha in a bowl and whisk until evenly mixed to make the bang bang sauce.
  • Cut the chicken into inch size pieces and put them in a gallon size plastic bag. Add the soy sauce, garlic, and 2 Tbsps of the bang bang sauce. Massage the bag until evenly combined and marinate in the fridge for at least one hour or overnight.
  • Put the chicken on the kabobs skewers. Grill over medium high heat for 10 minutes, turning a few times. Brush with more bang bang sauce during the last few minutes.
  • Serve with the remaining bang bang sauce for dipping.
