- 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups cornflakes, processed to fine crumbs
