Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 500 g carton low fat ready to serve custard
  • 1 banana

Instruction

  • Peel and slice the banana.
  • Carefully stick 2 banana slices, one each side, to the inside of each popsicle mould, then push them down to the bottom with your fingers or a popsicle stick.
  • Cut open the custard carton and pour or spoon custard into each popsicle mould, filling them to about half way up.
  • Add 2 more banana slices to each mould then top up with the remaining custard, taking care not to overfill.
  • Place the lid on the mould and press the popsicle sticks into place. Place the mould into the freezer for 2-3 hours or overnight until the ice lollies are set and frozen through.
  • Remove from the mould and serve immediately, or place lollies in a freezer bag and refreeze until ready to eat.
