Ingredients

The following ingredients have 16 Servings
  • 1 1/2 cups white whole wheat flour
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 3 small very ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 375F.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the yogurt, mashed banana, egg, oil, and vanilla.
  • Pour the yogurt mixture into the flour mixture and mix until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into a greased 8 inch square baking dish.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
