Ingredients
The following ingredients have 16 Servings
- 1 1/2 cups white whole wheat flour
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 3 small very ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 375F.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the yogurt, mashed banana, egg, oil, and vanilla.
- Pour the yogurt mixture into the flour mixture and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased 8 inch square baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
