Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk (low-fat)
- 1/3 cup yogurt (plain, low-fat)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch sea salt
- 1/4 cup walnuts (chopped)
- 1 banana (peeled and sliced)
Instruction
- Add all of the ingredients to two bowls or jars, cover, and stir to combine. Refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
- When ready to serve, heat the oats in the microwave or enjoy chilled. Top with the walnuts and banana slices just before serving.
