Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups milk or oat (soy, or rice milk)
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt you can also use soy / coconut yogurt if needed
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup ice

Instruction

  • Combine the ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
  • Divide between two glasses and serve with a straw, garnished with a banana slice if desired.
