Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • ¼ cup applesauce
  • 3 cups almond meal
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • ¼ cup coconut flakes
  • ¼ cup full-fat coconut milk
  • ½ cup raisins
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Instruction

  • Preheat your oven to 350 F.
  • In a large bowl, mash the bananas until you get a puree. Then add the remaining ingredients and combine until smooth.
  • On a parchment-covered or lightly greased cooking sheet, drop large spoonfuls of the cookie mixture.
  • Place the cookie sheet in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 min or until golden.
  • Serve warm.
