Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 frozen banana
- 8 ounces pineapple chunks with juice
- 3 ounces cream of coconut
- 2 cups ice
- *save out 3-6 chunks of pineapple for garnish
- 3 maraschino cherries for garnish
- 2 ounces rum (optional)
Instruction
- Combine banana, pinapple chunks with juice, cream of coconut and ice - in the blender. Save out a couple of pieces of pineapple for garnish.
- Blend on high until smooth & slushy.
- Pour into your favorite cocktail glass. - (I chose martini glasses for this one.)
- Garnish with additional pineapple & cherry if desired. Enjoy immediately.
- **To make this alcholic, add rum during the blending process.
