Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 8 ounces pineapple chunks with juice
  • 3 ounces cream of coconut
  • 2 cups ice
  • *save out 3-6 chunks of pineapple for garnish
  • 3 maraschino cherries for garnish
  • 2 ounces rum (optional)

Instruction

  • Combine banana, pinapple chunks with juice, cream of coconut and ice - in the blender. Save out a couple of pieces of pineapple for garnish.
  • Blend on high until smooth & slushy.
  • Pour into your favorite cocktail glass. - (I chose martini glasses for this one.)
  • Garnish with additional pineapple & cherry if desired. Enjoy immediately.
  • **To make this alcholic, add rum during the blending process.
