Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups All purpose flour
- 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg powder
- 1/2 tsp Clove powder
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Olive oil
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Full fat milk
- 1/4 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 large Ripe bananas (Mashed)
- 1 cup Pecans (Chopped)
Instruction
- Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees C.
- Grease a 9X5 inch loaf pan with oil and dust with flour.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix all the wet ingredients in another bowl.
- Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Add the chopped pecans and mix.
- Pour the mixture in the prepared pan.
- Top with banana slices and some chopped pecans.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove the pan from the oven.
- Let the bread cool for 5 minutes.
- Remove the bread from the pan and cool on a wire rack until completely cooled.
- Cut into slices and serve with coffee or tea.
