Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup milk (240ml)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 banana
- optional - a few nuts to top or eg candied pecans and maple syrup
Instruction
- Place the oats, milk and cinnamon in a small pan and warm over a medium heat. Stir a couple times as it cooks - you want the milk warmed through but not boiling and almost all absorbed.
- While it's warming, mash the banana. Once cooked, mix the oatmeal and mashed banana together and serve warm with your choice of toppings.
