Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ¾ cup muesli with dried fruit

Instruction

  • <p>1. Heat your oven to 180C (160C fan-forced). In a medium bowl, mash the banana with a fork and add the muesli. Stir to combine. With wet hands, mould the mix into small balls and press onto a lined baking sheet, flattening slightly. The biscuits should be about 1cm thick.</p> <p>2. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until lightly browned.
