- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 small frozen banana
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- Handful of ice

Instruction
- Place smoothie ingredients in your high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl, add your toppings, and devour!
