The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 1 cup roasted (salted peanuts)
- 1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate (chopped (use dark or vegan chocolate for vegan version))
- 1/2 cup full-fat canned coconut milk
- 1/2 teaspoon ancho chili powder (may leave out if desired)
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup flour (use your favorite gluten flour if needed)
- 1/3 cup rice flour (can sub with regular flour)
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup canned coconut milk
- 1 cup Mexican beer
- 6 firm (but ripe bananas)
- zest of 2 limes + more for serving (optional)
- canola oil (for frying)
