Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1 cup roasted (salted peanuts)
  • 1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate (chopped (use dark or vegan chocolate for vegan version))
  • 1/2 cup full-fat canned coconut milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon ancho chili powder (may leave out if desired)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup flour (use your favorite gluten flour if needed)
  • 1/3 cup rice flour (can sub with regular flour)
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 cup canned coconut milk
  • 1 cup Mexican beer
  • 6 firm (but ripe bananas)
  • zest of 2 limes + more for serving (optional)
  • canola oil (for frying)
