Ingredients

The following ingredients have 9 Servings
  • 2 ripe bananas (to yield about 1 cup mashed)
  • 2 Tablespoons almond butter (or preferred nut or seed butter)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 Tablespoon honey (or agave nectar)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup ground flax seed
  • 3/4 cup old fashioned oats (not the quick cooking kind)
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Mash banana in a large bowl. Add almond butter, vanilla, honey and cinnamon to bowl and mix to combine.
  • Add remaining ingredients to wet mixture and stir to combine.
  • Scoop Tablespoon-sized balls onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Press each ball down to slightly flatten.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until firm.
