Ingredients
The following ingredients have 9 Servings
- 2 ripe bananas (to yield about 1 cup mashed)
- 2 Tablespoons almond butter (or preferred nut or seed butter)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 Tablespoon honey (or agave nectar)
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup ground flax seed
- 3/4 cup old fashioned oats (not the quick cooking kind)
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mash banana in a large bowl. Add almond butter, vanilla, honey and cinnamon to bowl and mix to combine.
- Add remaining ingredients to wet mixture and stir to combine.
- Scoop Tablespoon-sized balls onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Press each ball down to slightly flatten.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until firm.
