Ingredients

The following ingredients have 9 Servings
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup pecans (chopped)
  • 2 cups flour (self-rising)
  • 1/2 cup butter (unsalted and softened)
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 bananas
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup butter (unsalted and softened)
  • 1 cup brown sugar (dark or light)
  • 1 cup flour (all-purpose)
  • 1/2 cup pecans (chopped)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Grease a 9X9 cake pan (cut a piece of parchment and line the bottom of the pan, if you desire)
  • In a bowl cream the butter and sugar together, using a mixer. Add the bananas and continue to mix until the mixture becomes more liquid. Then, add the remaining ingredients for the cake and mix until incorporated. Set mixture aside
