- 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk ((in a can))
- 1 banana (sliced)
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Pinch salt
Instruction
- Place rolled oats, coconut milk, maple syrup, and salt in a mason jar. Let sit overnight.
- Top with sliced banana and shredded coconut.
