Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups Vanilla Wafer cookie crumbs
- 1/3 cup butter (melted)
- 3 ripe bananas (sliced)
- 2 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding
- 3 cups chilled milk
- 2 cups cool whip
Instruction
- Place the wafer cookies into a bag to smash, or into a high powered blender to pulse, into fine crumbs.
- Stir in the melted butter with a fork, mixing until well coated.
- Pour into a 9×13 pan, I like to line mine with parchment first for easy removal, and press firmly to the bottom.
- Slice the bananas and line, layering as necessary, onto the bottom of the pan.
- Whisk the pudding mix with the milk. Pour over the top of the bananas, making sure to evenly cover without mixing.
- Chill the bars for 20 minutes, or until the pudding layer has partially thickened.
- Spread the whipped topping over the pudding layer and return to the refrigerator. Chill an additional 1 to 2 hours, or until ready to serve.
