Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 package (3 oz) unflavored or Jell-O™ banana-flavored
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 3 oz heavy cream
  • 2 oz 99 proof banana liqueur
  • 1 oz rum
  • Betty Crocker™ yellow gel food color

Instruction

  • In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin into water. Quickly whisk in cream, banana liqueur, and rum. Add food coloring and whisk until combined.
  • Spoon jello mixture into banana-shaped molds, or pour into a parchment-lined 9x9-inch baking pan. Refrigerate until firm, about 2-3 hours.
  • To remove bananas from the mold, gently pull the edges of the mold away from the jello shot. Carefully remove and place on serving dish. Enjoy!
