The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 banana, sliced

Instruction

  • Place the cottage cheese, honey, vanilla, cinnamon and half of the banana in a food processor and puree until smooth.
  • Serve immediatly or to firm up more the spread can be refrigerated for several hours.
  • Spread on toast and sprinkle with optional toppings.
