Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
- 1/2 cup freshly brewed coffee or cold brew (if freshly brewed, place in fridge for 10 minutes until chilled)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
- Optional: 1 scoop protein powder (I like collagen peptides)
- Optional: 1 teaspoon maple syrup, honey, or sweetener of choice
- Optional: Handful of ice cubes to thicken as desired
Instruction
- Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender.
- Blend until creamy.
- Add ice and blend further if needed to reach desired consistency.
- Enjoy!
