Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 cup butter (room temperature)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 bananas (peeled and cut into chunks)
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 12 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
Instruction
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, blend butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, and bananas until smooth.
- Add in flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
- Blend on low speed until dough is mixed well.
- Remove bowl from the stand mixer.
- Gently stir in chocolate chips.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop cookie dough and drop onto a cookie sheet lined with foil or a silicone baking mat.
- Bake at 375 F degrees for 8 - 10 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
