Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 cup butter (room temperature)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 bananas (peeled and cut into chunks)
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 12 oz semi sweet chocolate chips

Instruction

  • In the bowl of a stand mixer, blend butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, and bananas until smooth.
  • Add in flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
  • Blend on low speed until dough is mixed well.
  • Remove bowl from the stand mixer.
  • Gently stir in chocolate chips.
  • Using a tablespoon, scoop cookie dough and drop onto a cookie sheet lined with foil or a silicone baking mat.
  • Bake at 375 F degrees for 8 - 10 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
