Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoon milk
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Peel the bananas and place them in a blender; then blend until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, add the flour, baking soda, salt, and sugar and mix together.
- Next, add in the bananas, milk, egg and oil and gently stir until all ingredients have been incorporated. Add the chocolate chips and mix together.
- Grease two 9x5 loaf pans, divide the batter between both pans and bake 45-50 minutes or until the top of the bread "springs back" when gently touched and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
