Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoon milk
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Peel the bananas and place them in a blender; then blend until smooth.
  • In a mixing bowl, add the flour, baking soda, salt, and sugar and mix together.
  • Next, add in the bananas, milk, egg and oil and gently stir until all ingredients have been incorporated. Add the chocolate chips and mix together.
  • Grease two 9x5 loaf pans, divide the batter between both pans and bake 45-50 minutes or until the top of the bread "springs back" when gently touched and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
