Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • ½ tsp Chia Seeds
  • ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 packet of Truvia Natural Sweetener
  • ½ banana, sliced (will be added just before eating)

Instruction

  • Combine rolled oats, almond milk, cinnamon, Chia seeds and Truvia Natural Sweetener into a small mason jar or other container that can be closed. Stir until well combined. Store in refrigerator overnight. 
  • When you are ready to eat the overnight oats (or 4 hrs,) warm them in the microwave for 20 seconds or so and then mix in the banana slices. You may eat them right out of the refrigerator too without warming them.
