The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 2 large ripe bananas (cut into chunks and frozen)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon chai spice
  • 2 tablespoons protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instruction

  • Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed until smoothie is completely smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
